We are happy to announce that on 07.11.2016 “DM holding” has begun to develop the preparatory works for the foundation of the second building.
At the moment works are conducted in the zone of construction of the 1st section.
Within this period these things will be completed:
-Marking out of the foundation
-Digging out to make space for the foundation (Extremely important part of the construction process)
-Installation of the foundation plate
-Installation of walls and intersections of the underground part of the building

We would like to remind you, that at this construction stage the conditions for purchase of apartments are the most favorable!
