On the 25.03.15 “FlinkBay” opens access and starts giving out the keys in the 4th building to participants in construction under shared ownership terms, according to the graphic listed below.
The procedure of receiving your keys:

To arrive at the arranged date

To sign a preliminary act (if wasn’t signed before)

To sign an agreement with “FlinkBay” Ltd. about access for personal renovation works.

To come with a signed agreement with “DM Exploitation” Ltd. to a following address: Balashiha, Pervomaiskaya st. house 1.

To sign an agreement about technical services, pay according bills.

Participants who purchased the apartments with a municipal renovation can also move in according to the scheme mentioned above.
